HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Our ordering process is very simple. After completing your payment details during checkout, you should receive a confirmation notice at the email address you provided. MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED ON TIME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time, you can track your order to see where it is. Sometimes orders are delayed due to shipping carrier issues. Please also contact us so we can let you know where your product is.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

  • Shipping within Spain may take between 12 and 20 business days.

  • International shipping may take between 15 and 30 business days, depending on various factors. Please be patient with international shipments, as they will inevitably take longer to arrive. Please wait 15 to 25 days before contacting our customer service team about a missing order.
